Soteria Consulting is dedicated to achieving Net Zero emissions by 2050. As part of our commitment, we have developed a comprehensive Carbon Reduction Plan that outlines our current emissions footprint, reduction targets, and the initiatives we are implementing to achieve our sustainability goals.

Baseline Emissions Footprint

  • Baseline Year: 2024

  • Baseline Emissions:

    • Scope 1 (Direct emissions): 150 tCO2e

    • Scope 2 (Indirect energy emissions): 100 tCO2e

    • Scope 3 (Value chain emissions): 200 tCO2e

    • Total Emissions: 450 tCO2e

Note: These figures are based on estimates. A detailed audit will enhance accuracy.

Current Emissions Reporting

  • Reporting Year: 2024

    • Scope 1: 150 tCO2e

    • Scope 2: 100 tCO2e

    • Scope 3: 200 tCO2e

    • Total Emissions: 450 tCO2e

Emissions Reduction Targets
To achieve Net Zero by 2050, we have set the following targets:

  • 25% reduction (to 338 tCO2e) by 2030.

  • 50% reduction (to 225 tCO2e) by 2040.

  • 100% reduction (Net Zero emissions) by 2050.

We are committed to tracking our progress annually to ensure we meet these milestones.

Carbon Reduction Projects

Completed Projects

  1. Energy Efficiency:

    • Replaced conventional lighting with energy-efficient LED/PIR systems.

    • Installed energy monitoring systems across facilities.

  2. Fleet Electrification:

    • Transitioned 100% of company vehicles to electric vehicles (EVs).

  3. Travel Reduction:

    • Adopted virtual meetings to minimize business travel.

  4. Waste Reduction:

    • Enhanced recycling programs in all facilities.

Proposed Projects

  1. Renewable Energy Adoption:

    • Install rooftop solar panels by 2030.

    • Transition to 100% renewable energy suppliers.

  2. Fleet Transition:

    • Achieve full electrification of fleet vehicles by 2035.

  3. Employee Engagement:

    • Launch sustainability awareness programs for employees.

  4. Sustainable Supply Chain:

    • Partner with suppliers to reduce Scope 3 emissions.

  5. Carbon Offsetting:

    • Invest in certified carbon offset initiatives.
